Jose Tolosa is a transformative executive with a passion for building mission-driven, creatively ambitious organizations. From 2022 to 2025, he served as CEO of Meow Wolf, where he reimagined the company’s future as a storytelling platform and immersive experience brand. Under his leadership, Meow Wolf expanded nationally, launched transmedia partnerships, and became the first B-Corp in the themed entertainment space.

Before Meow Wolf, Jose spent more than a decade at Viacom and ViacomCBS, where he was Chief Transformation Officer and COO of Viacom International Media Networks. He led multi-billion-dollar strategic integrations, oversaw global operations in over 180 countries, and helped reshape legacy media for the digital age.

A Harvard MBA and Georgetown alum, Jose blends financial acumen with a deep sense of purpose. He serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Ballet Hispánico and remains deeply involved in mentoring emerging leaders. Jose credits his success to clarity in chaos, leading with empathy, and a relentless curiosity about how things — and people — work.
